Matt Wilhelm and Jay Martin met up a couple of years ago and played music together for a night. They both write and have written many songs. A year later, they got back together and brought in Matt Stroud and Dan Isleib. Now they are recording and writing more songs. Now it has a name. They are calling it New World Highrise.
